Sizing:
All unisex styles (crew necks, spirit jerseys, and baseball tees) are true to size. The Racerback tanks fitted, and is recommended to size up for a looser fit.
CARE:
- It is highly recommended to wash all garments inside out on a cool, delicate wash setting.
- Hang items to dry.
- Never iron over design.
International Shipping:
- PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE PURCHASE THAT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CAN TAKE UP TO 30 DAYS.
- Please note: cancellations are only allowed within a 12 hr window, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Custom and Personalized Orders:
- All orders are made to order and are available for customization. Please contact me if you would like any modifications to any current designs. If wanting additional text, other than what is already provided, buyer may be subject to a small fee.
- If you do not see something you are looking for or have a specific idea in mind, I'd be happy to bring your idea to life! Feel free to message us with your ideas, or something you may have seen for inspiration.
- Mock-ups of the custom design will be sent out AFTER purchase of the listing and can be modified as many times as needed to make it perfect just for you!
- Please double check grammar/spelling in your notes.
- Shop is not responsible for unsatisfied selection of color combinations chosen by customer
Processing Time:
- All processing times vary. Please see the specific listing of the interested product for further details.
- All items are made to order.
- If you are needing your order for a sooner date than the processing time, you may be subject to a rush and/or express shipping fee.
- Please contact me about your date needed by.
- Please be sure to check your email often as I may need to reach you about your order. If there is no response from a customer, the item may be delayed, or if the notes from buyer are not clear... for example: if you leave a note "teal" for an order that is shown on a white shirt. I will not know if you meant a teal shirt or teal text. I will assume and make the shirt white with teal text, but you may have meant a teal shirt. Please make your notes CLEAR.
Do we sell our design files?
- Only select designs that are listed for digital downloads.
Please give credit and respect to the original, hardworking designers at Sunshine Tree Tees. We never claim to own any rights to The Walt Disney Company, but the placement and idea of our designs are original. Copying our designs to resell or for personal use is very disheartening and Copyright Infringement. We offer many discounts and run sales often in our shop to accommodate our customers. Upon buyer's request, we can even sell the pre-cut vinyl designs or you can send in your own shirts for us to professionally heat press for you! Just ask!
Returns/ Exchanges?
- We accept return/exchanges for GENERIC tees if approved. If a buyer purchases the item EXACTLY as shown in the listing with no modifications (such as color changes or custom text) we may accept a return/exchange. Shipping will not be refunded, and customer is responsible for return shipping.
- We DO NOT accept returns and/or exchanges on custom orders.
- Seller is not responsible for shirts not fitting as expected or if unhappy with the personalization requested. Shirts will be made exactly how the customer requested (spelling included). PLEASE size UP if you are questioning your size. Sizing charts are available in sizing tab.

I need to change the shipping address?
- Shopify does not give customers the ability to update shipping address once order is placed. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you double check the shipping address that you are having your package sent to before you checkout. It is the customers' responsibility to be certain they checkout with the correct shipping address.
- If your order is shipped to the address on the order, it is your responsibility to retrieve your package from that address or you will need to reorder at your own expense.
- PLEASE contact me immediately if you placed your order with the incorrect address so I can change it.
- IMPORTANT: orders marked as gifts are typically sent to the gift receiver! Please make sure to change the address if you have marked "gift." Gift wrap is an extra charge.
My package says "delivered" but not here?
- If your package shows "delivered" on the tracking page via USPS, we will not offer a replacement. Be sure to look around, ask a neighbor, or complex office. We highly recommend that you contact the delivery company and see if they can provide further details as to where the package was left at your address.
- If a package never shows delivered, we will offer a no-cost replacement after 30 days, as USPS does not deem a package "lost" until it has not scanned for 30 days. If a replacement is needed before 30 days, you may purchase again at your own expense and return the other package if it delivers later (if it was for non-personalized or non-custom items).
- NO refunds on custom orders.
Response time for questions and concerns?
- I typically answer within a few hours. I do not respond on weekends,vacations, or holidays UNLESS it is an emergency with a current order, or if a customer is asking to get an order in a shorter time frame than the current processing time stated. For vacations, the dates of absence will be posted in the shop announcements, and I will respond to any questions or messages that are received during my vacations when I return to work, or a customer can get back with me once I return!
- It is the customers responsibility to check policies and shop announcements.
