We specialize in fun, custom-designed shirts, decals, accessories projects & more – all made with care and creativity! Custom designs are always welcome.

Printing Info:
Your item will either be Direct-to-Garment printed or Vinyled depending on shirt/design colors (e.g., metallics and glitters require vinyl). We primarily use Bella+Canvas 3001/CVC and Next Level CVC N6210 shirts for quality and comfort.

Personalization Guidelines:

• Uniformed designs can be modified in color—individual elements cannot.

• Monograms or names are only included if listed in the original product.

• Custom text is printed exactly as written on your order.

• Additional text may incur a small fee.

• Be specific with notes (e.g., “black shirt” vs. “black design”).

• No customization notes = shirt will be made as listed
  

Custom Jackets – Please Read:
Each jacket is completely custom and one-of-a-kind. Prices vary depending on the level of detail and materials involved. A $75 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AND IS NOT REFUNDABLE. Jackets listed in the shop are either premade or partially completed, and may be personalized further – but they cannot be recreated for a “from scratch” jacket.

Sizing & Policies:
Buyers are responsible for choosing the correct size. Use the sizing chart provided. Seller is not responsible if buyer chooses the incorrect size on a custom order. The buyer will need to repurchase the item. We’re not liable for lost/damaged packages after shipping. If a package is marked “delivered,” we cannot issue a refund or replacement. Missing orders may be replaced after 30 days if not delivered.

Garment Care:
Wash inside out, cold, on gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron the design. High heat may cause shrinkage or damage. In the event anything were to come loose from your custom jacket (fees may be applicable), we will make repairs. The buyer is responsible for shipping to and from the shop for repairs.

Exceptions:

Custom jackets and accessories are to be spot cleaned only, and absolutely no tumble drying.

Shipping:
Processing takes 2–3 weeks + shipping. Need it faster? Use express shipping and note your “needed by” date at checkout. Shipping to Disney resorts is an option, but any delivery fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Orders placed close to deadlines without express shipping or prior notice are non-refundable if delayed.

3. Custom text will be made on the shirt as it is spelled out on your invoice. Please be sure to check spelling.
4. Any additional text will require an extra fee.
5. Leaving a note "black" does not clarify what you want black...shirt? or design? Please make your notes clear.
6. If no notes are left for customization, the shirt will be made as shown in the listing.

• IMPORTANT:
Seller is NOT responsible if buyer is unhappy with size and fit of the style selected. It is the buyer's responsibility to check sizing charts to ensure proper and desired fit is ordered. Please read the FAQ page for any uncertainties. Please note, Sunshine Tree Tees is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods once it leaves the shop's procession. If your package shows "delivered" on the tracking per the carrier, we will not offer a replacement. It is highly recommend to contact the shipping carrier about further details of the package status. If a package never shows delivered, we will offer a no-cost replacement after 30 days, as USPS does not deem a package "lost" until it has not scanned for 30 days. Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low and in intervals, checking the design for any potential damage such as peeling, cracking, or melting. Hang to dry is recommended. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. A high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment.

• SHIPPING:
Processing time is 2-3 weeks and an additional time frame for shipping. Please note your date needed by in the notes section. If you are needing an item sooner than the processing time stated, you will be required to use express shipping. Shipping to your resort it an option as well, but Sunshine Tree Tees is NOT responsible for any fees for delivery to the preferred destination. If you choose to order close to your date needed by without taking precautions of faster shipping or notifying Sunshine Tree Tees BEFORE purchasing, you will NOT receive a refund if your order does not arrive on time. Welcome to my store, "Sunshine Tree Tees" featuring new designs for Shirts, Decals, Projects and More! We also create custom designs!

• Depending on the color of the shirt and/or design chosen; specialty colors will determine whether your item is Direct to Garment Printed or Vinyled. Both ensure a long lasting durability and top-notch vibrancy of colors. Specialty colors include metallics and glitters, which at this time cannot be printed. Certain shirt colors are available to printed, others will be vinyled. First choice of shirt brand is Bella Canvas 3001 & 3001 CVC and Next Level CVC N6210.

You are more than welcome to request customization within your order.

• PERSONALIZATION GUIDELINES:
1. Only UNIFORMED designs can have modifications in color. I cannot pick apart my designs to change colors of certain elements.
2. Any names or monograms wanted on the shirt can only be done so if the original listing shows this as an option.
3. Custom text will be made on the shirt as it is spelled out on your invoice. Please be sure to check spelling.
4. Any additional text will require an extra fee.
5. Leaving a note "black" does not clarify what you want black...shirt? or design? Please make your notes clear.
6. If no notes are left for customization, the shirt will be made as shown in the listing.

• IMPORTANT:
Seller is NOT responsible if buyer is unhappy with size and fit of the style selected. It is the buyer's responsibility to check sizing charts to ensure proper and desired fit is ordered. Please read the FAQ page for any uncertainties. Please note, Sunshine Tree Tees is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods once it leaves the shop's procession. If your package shows "delivered" on the tracking per the carrier, we will not offer a replacement. It is highly recommend to contact the shipping carrier about further details of the package status. If a package never shows delivered, we will offer a no-cost replacement after 30 days, as USPS does not deem a package "lost" until it has not scanned for 30 days. If a replacement is needed before 30 days, you may purchase again at your own expense and return the other package if it delivers later (if it was for non-personalized or non-custom items).Buyer is also not responsible for garments effected by improper care.

•CARE:
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low and in intervals, checking the design for any potential damage such as peeling, cracking, or melting. Hang to dry is recommended. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. A high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment.

• SHIPPING:
Processing time is 2-3 weeks and an additional time frame for shipping. Please note your date needed by in the notes section. If you are needing an item sooner than the processing time stated, you will be required to use express shipping. Shipping to your resort it an option as well, but Sunshine Tree Tees is NOT responsible for any fees for delivery to the preferred destination. If you choose to order close to your date needed by without taking precautions of faster shipping or notifying Sunshine Tree Tees BEFORE purchasing, you will NOT receive a refund if your order does not arrive on time. Please be sure to check you messages daily as I may need to contact you. Failure to do so may result in delays in your order.
