Printing Info:
Your item will either be Direct-to-Garment printed or Vinyled depending on shirt/design colors (e.g., metallics and glitters require vinyl). We primarily use Bella+Canvas 3001/CVC and Next Level CVC N6210 shirts for quality and comfort.

Personalization Guidelines:

• Uniformed designs can be modified in color—individual elements cannot.

• Monograms or names are only included if listed in the original product.

• Custom text is printed exactly as written on your order.

• Additional text may incur a small fee.

• Be specific with notes (e.g., “black shirt” vs. “black design”).

• No customization notes = shirt will be made as listed

Each jacket is completely custom and one-of-a-kind. Prices vary depending on the level of detail and materials involved. A $75 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AND IS NOT REFUNDABLE. Jackets listed in the shop are either premade or partially completed, and may be personalized further – but they cannot be recreated for a “from scratch” jacket.

Sizing & Policies:
Buyers are responsible for choosing the correct size. Use the sizing chart provided. Seller is not responsible if buyer chooses the incorrect size on a custom order. The buyer will need to repurchase the item. We’re not liable for lost/damaged packages after shipping. If a package is marked “delivered,” we cannot issue a refund or replacement. Missing orders may be replaced after 30 days if not delivered.

Garment Care:
Wash inside out, cold, on gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron the design. High heat may cause shrinkage or damage. In the event anything were to come loose from your custom jacket (fees may be applicable), we will make repairs. The buyer is responsible for shipping to and from the shop for repairs.

Exceptions:

Custom jackets and accessories are to be spot cleaned only, and absolutely no tumble drying.

Shipping:
Processing takes 2–3 weeks + shipping. Need it faster? Use express shipping and note your “needed by” date at checkout. Shipping to Disney resorts is an option, but any delivery fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Orders placed close to deadlines without express shipping or prior notice are non-refundable if delayed.
